The Christmas Joy Ride by Melody Carlson is a heartwarming read that will put a smile on your face even it if does cause you to shed a few tears first. This book really reminds the reader of the positives of humanity and how doing things for others can really provide oneself with a much-needed boost. Although the ending is a bit predictable and Hallmark movie channelesque I really enjoyed reading this book. It was a perfect solution to chase away the winter blahs.

Heartwarming Christmas story about doing good things for others and the satisfaction that comes from this action. A great uplifting read that helps restore our belief in humanity. Even if bits of the story seem a bit unrealistic you cannot help but root for Miranda and Joy to successfully complete their missions.
