I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I appreciate the style being similar to the tv shows where they break the 4th wall. Including the reader in the story and investigation. I think I enjoy the book because Ernest has a self deprecating way about him. His character development is subtle and clever. The mystery is well constructed and the logic and motives are laid out by the end. It is like getting in the mind of an author while also reading a mystery.
