Review: Manchester Christmas

I enjoyed this book more than i expected to. It is outside my normal reading genre I found myself feeling all sorts of emotions while reading it. Sadness and loss but also joy and contentment wee all present at different points in the story. While it felt very Hallmark channel at times it was nice to read a wholesome story where things found a way of working out. There was definitely a spiritual element to the story but as the MC wasn’t a huge church goer there was a sense of awe without an overly preaching feel to it. If you want a good story that leaves you feeling good about mankind this is a good choice.
