This was a fun look into the life of Candy Spelling and as such her marriage to Aaron Spelling. As a child in the 70s and 80s I watched many of his shows and then came to watch Tori’s reality tv. I didn’t know much about Candy and this book shared anecdotes and a bit of her side of the story of her relationship with Tori. The fun stories as bout her home and rubbing shoulders either the who’s who of Hollywood were enjoyable to read. There were some poignant moments too and you cannot help but admire the attempts she and Aaron made to raise kids that were as grounded as possible given Their circumstances. It definitely speaks to there are 2 sides to every story and I truly hope the Soelli DS mend theirs before it’s too late
