The Wayward Wind: The Journey Continues: The Cozy Cruise Mysteries Book Fourteen by Lizzie Josephson
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Another installment in the series. This one joins the WayWard wind on her journey towards Australia. This book definitely benefits from having read the others in the series to be familiar with the characters. This does a good job of combining corporate malfeasance and travel to exotic locales. It is a good quick read that is a nice length to read about a mystery.

Review: Deck the Halls with Fudge

Deck the Halls with Fudge by Nancy CoCo
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I enjoyed this novella and the change of narrators. It was fun to get a different perspective of the main characters. The mystery was a bit predictable but the motive was well concealed. The Christmas setting on Mackinac was a charming one and makes me want to visit at the holidays.

A fun variation on the series. This time we have new sidekicks for Megan as her friends from CA come to visit. The other refreshing change was Megan playing a mentor role to Aislin. She was quite a contrast to the other crazy characters in Aislins life. This book also gave a glimpse of the Irish countryside vs the typical Dublin setting in the series. I appreciate how ms Murphy kept to series fresh and entertaining as it has progressed
