My rating: 4 of 5 stars
A twist on the locked room mystery of Agatha Christie fame. Quigley sets the stage for a house party fundraiser gone wrong. The Grand dame of mysteries is not the only literary references she leaned into in this latest installment. She utilizes the Maltese Falcon and The man Who Knew Too Much as plot components as well. While I sussed out the guilty party the ending was still quite dramatic and engaging. Looking forward to the next book to see where Delilah’s life turns next.
